I've managed front desks, shot properties at 6am, and built the booking system myself.

I'm Max — a multilingual freelancer based in Munich. I don't come from an agency. My first project was a travel agency in 1999. We opened our first B&B in Brazil in 2004, then a beach hotel in Greece, then built Quinta do Catalão in Portugal from the ground up. I advise from experience, not a slide deck.
